Pound 4 Pound Fitness is a 24\7 fitness facility offering everything from general memberships, private studio space and so much more! Personal training, wide variety of classes, private group training
We have over 8,000 sq ft of space including 1,000 sq ft athletic turf, cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, fixed machines, TRX, heavy bags and much more! Class hours
Monday 8:30-9am 6pm
Tuesday 8:30-9am 5pm 7pm
Wednesday 6am 8:30-9:30am 6pm
Thursday 8:30am 6pm
Friday 7am 8:30-9:30am
Saturday 8:00-9:00am
