HIIT & Heal with Julie is a high intensity interval training class consisting of 45 minutes of muscle conditioning and cardio with the science of Synced Music Motivation followed by 15 minutes of flexibility and foam rolling to a soundtrack featuring healing tones and sound frequencies to focus your mind and reduce stress. A Fox Fitness membership is required to participate in group exercise classes.

This month we're spotlighting Jack at Vaughan. Jack has been working at the Fox Valley Park District since 2022, starting at Blackberry Farm as a historical interpreter. Jack enjoys engaging with members and staff as he likes how friendly and welcoming everyone is. When not at work, Jack enjoys hiking, drawing, and playing video games. Jack is currently at Aurora University majoring in History and minoring in Museum Studies. In the future, Jack plans on doing curatorial work in museums. Thank you, Jack, for all that you do!
