Every aspect of a personalized program should be considered and incorporated: what are your limits and restrictions? how often can you train? how much time do you have to train? what are your goals and expectations? This programming is thoughtful, purposeful and offers valid explanations for all movements.
Generic programming often leads to frustration, burn out, and eventually quitting: you're supposed to train specific days whether you have time or not, you're exposed to movements that can hurt or donât facilitate specific desired outcomes, and there is no accounting for expectations.
This type of programming is built to facilitate a general goal for a mass of people - taking zero individuality into the equation.
We prefer using Personalized Programming and Coaching for everyone we work with - whether it's personal training, group classes, or team training - because we want to make sure our clients train with intent to reach their individual goals.
