Everyone wants the results. Who’s willing to repeat the work?
Consistency means showing up when the excitement wears off. Determination means staying committed when progress feels slow. Courage means doing the hard things, even when you’re scared.

Take the uncomfortable rep. Own your mistakes. Follow through when nobody’s watching. Be willing to do the work others keep putting off.
Every day, your choices build the person you’re becoming.

3:1 Development | Show up. Do the work. Repeat.
