An early Friday morning with the Rams was just what the doctor ordered! Coaches Mandy and Trini, I can’t thank you enough for having me back to Stayton to take care of your choreography! This team absolutely crushed it today! We had a few tired sets of eyes at 7am this morning, but as soon as we started moving, they were so dialed in and learned their full routine in just a day! I am so proud of your tenacity and determination today! Thank you for a fantastic day of cheer, and here’s to an amazing season ahead!

I’m still on Cloud 9 about this choreo sesh tonight!! My annual visit to Lake Oswego to work Game Day choreo with D-Squad did not disappoint! The energy, the positivity, the grit and the drive…simply WOW! Coaches Hayley & Lauren, I truly meant it when I said you should teach sessions on team culture because the LOve and care your program shows is like no other! It was such a honor to set dances on these ladies, and I can’t wait to return next week to see it come to life! Thank you for having me back! Y’all are FIRE!!
