3PM kickboxing class putting in the work today. Sharp technique, nonstop energy, and a great atmosphere from start to finish. We wrapped up class with “The River” machine gun kick drill, then finished together with group sit-ups to empty the tank the right way.
Every class is another chance to improve skills, build toughness, and get 1% better. Proud of the effort everyone brought today.
Also… for everyone who messaged me after yesterday’s picture of Chase getting kneed in the face… this video is official proof of life. He is alive and well. 😂👊

Iron sharpens iron.
Just another day at Charlie’s Combat Club, rounds being put in, lessons being learned, and everyone chasing that 1% improvement every single day. Small gains stack up. That’s how champions are built.
And trust me… we’ve got some exciting fight announcements coming soon. Stay tuned. 👀🥊

I was Circle side in Thailand at a live ONE event while parts of this were being filmed… and seeing how they captured the energy of a real ONE Championship crowd was pretty cool.
If you’ve ever been there live, you know it’s different. The pace, the noise, the moments in between… it all felt authentic.
Now with the chance of seeing that translate to the big screen with Russell Crowe involved makes it even more interesting.
It’s great to see ONE Championship featured in a major film like this. Definitely looking forward to checking it out when it drops April 10.

Charlie’s Combat Club showed up at NAGA and put it on the line in No-Gi:
🥇 Carlos — Gold
🥈 Pavel — Silver
🥈 Corbin — Silver
🥉 Owen — Bronze
But more important than medals… they showed heart, composure, and the willingness to test themselves under pressure.
Competition isn’t easy. You can’t hide out there. It exposes everything … your strengths, your weaknesses, your mindset. And that’s exactly why we do it.
Win or lose, this is how you grow. This is how you level up.
Proud of every one of these guys for stepping up, representing the team, and embracing the challenge.
Also a big thank you to the teammates and coaches back home! Your support, rounds, and energy are a huge part of these performances.

Tonight we had three warriors step into the fire.
First off, congratulations to on a dominant TKO victory. 💥
He stayed composed, trusted his preparation, and when the moment came, he closed the show. That’s what discipline looks like under pressure.
Our other two didn’t get their hands raised tonigt. But make no mistake, stepping into competition takes courage most people will never understand.
Competition reveals everything.
It exposes holes.
It tests conditioning.
It tests mindset.
It tests composure.
And that’s why we compete.
Wins feel great. Losses teach deeply.
Every time our athletes step in there, we come back better… sharper timing, smarter strategy, stronger mindset. You either win or you learn… and tonight we did both.
Proud of all three fighters for representing the gym with heart and professionalism. We’ll review the tape, tighten things up, and get back to work Monday.
This is what growth looks like.
