It’s our Annual Studio Reset!

Each summer, both studios pause for about one week so our teachers and staff can rest, recharge, and return inspired.

We will pause on Monday July 27th and see you back on the mat on Saturday August 1st❤️

Even though our regular schedule is taking a short pause, the studios will still be buzzing with special events almost every day ☀️✨

This is a chance for our teachers to step outside the weekly schedule and offer something a little more personal- sharing the practices, topics, and experiences they’re most stoked about

The first offerings are already on the schedule. We can’t wait to see you there ❤️

Members- we’ve got you covered! All packs, memberships, and New Student Specials will paused & credited/extended for the break period ❤️🙏

The 108 is BACK☀️✨

Our Summer Solstice tradition is one of those experiences people don’t just attend… they come back for, year after year.

This is 108 Threads, woven together into one practice, one celebration. Six instructors. Six rounds of 18. Different focuses, different intentions, one continuous build that asks something of you physically and mentally.

It’s challenging, yes. But it’s also intelligent. Structured. Intentional. You don’t just get through it… you meet yourself in it.

And then something shifts.
We close it all down with sound, breath, and space to land, because a practice like this deserves to be integrated, not rushed out of.

We sell this out every year. Every single time.

If you’ve been curious, if you’ve been on the edge, if you’ve been waiting for something that actually feels meaningful…

this is it.

Spots are limited. Once it’s full, it’s full.

Due to ongoing issues with the heat + HVAC, all classes at Troy City Yoga are canceled tomorrow… say it ain’t so! 😭

We’ve done everything humanly possible on our end, but at this point, the studio will be too cold to safely practice. Thank you- truly- for rolling with us through this absurd saga.

BUT WAIT- there’s good news! If you’d still like to get your practice in, you’re more than welcome to join us over at in Providence tomorrow. Your favorite teachers will be there too , , and .bumyoga!👇

Your TCY passes + memberships will work there for tomorrow and bonus: it’s warm. 🔥

🌀 Check your email for full details + the booking code to grab your spot.

Appreciate you all more than you know. Andrew and I are already coming up with a contingency plan in case the HVAC still isn’t operation to ensure Tuesday classes are on!
