I have a couple of things I put together I think you might find useful:

A couple of Excel files to make our life a bit easier... one for figuring fixture requirements using 10.10 Table 1. Enter the total female and male occupancy, the table will update with the required fixtures:

and one I did a while back for water pipe sizing. Enter the total for each type of plumbing fixture and the math will calculate the pipe sizing:

I find Excel is easier on a desktop than a phone but they should work on both.
