This program combines field training, gym work, speed, strength, conditioning, and technical development to help players prepare for the demands of high school and next-level soccer.

Capstone Soccer’s Pre-Season Travel Camp is designed for high-level, committed travel players ready to refine their skills, sharpen their tactical awareness, and push their technical, physical, and mental limits.

Players will focus on:

Advanced technical training
Position-specific drills
Competitive small-sided play
High-intensity conditioning
Mental preparation
