Got the gang together today for training and even had the good fortune of the Godfather gracing us with his presence. There’s no substitute for trying to keep up with good friends.

You’ll Never Walk Alone

What a great experience having at the gym for the past few days. It’s always a pleasure to have the chance to work with one of the best, but learning innovative technique is a really something special.
