🐴❤️ Pass It On. Pay It Forward. ❤️🐴
One pair of boots. One pair of jeans. One small act of kindness can make a huge difference in a young rider’s journey.
As our riders grow, they quickly outgrow their horseback riding gear. We are asking our amazing community to help us create a donation closet for our lesson students by donating gently used jeans, boots, and other riding apparel that are still in good condition.
If your child has outgrown their riding clothes or you have gear sitting in the closet that no longer gets used, consider passing it on to the next rider who can put it to good use.
Every donation helps make horseback riding more accessible and ensures our students can step into the saddle feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.
👖 We are accepting:
• Jeans
• Riding boots
• Other horseback riding apparel and gear
Thank you for helping us support the next generation of horsemen and horsewomen. We couldn’t do it without this incredible community! 🤎🐎

Day 4 Educational Lesson: Abcesses
Campers learned how to take a sample from abcess and lance one. We used balloons filled with shaving cream, red food coloring (blood), green food coloring (injections). This project was an all time favorite if you couldn’t tell!

Day 2 Esucational Lesson: Sutures
The campers learn two different continuous suture techniques. Not only learning precise sutures but also learning how much tension to have to adequately let the skin heal. This lesson took a lot of patience!
We used pool noodles to represent the muscle, felt fabric to represent the the skin, held on to noodle by painters tape.

Day 1 Education Lesson: Injections
Each camper learned how to do a subcutaneous, Intravenous, and Intramuscular injection. We used mini oranges to implement our patient for the procedure, and colored water for the medicine. They they were able to crack it open to see how well each injection was done!
