Family Health Starts Here: Small Steps, Big Impact!
October is Family Health Month, a reminder that wellness isn’t just about individuals, but about families growing healthier together. Research shows that kids are more likely to stay active and eat well when their parents model healthy habits. That’s why the YMCA of the Sandhills is dedicated to helping families connect, move, and thrive. This Family Health Month, we invite you to join us and discover how small steps can lead to lasting change for your family and for our whole community.
