✨ June Teacher Spotlight: Chelsey ✨
Chelsey's yoga journey began long before she ever stepped onto the mat for her own practice. As a child, she accompanied her Nana to weekly yoga classes, planting seeds that would later grow into a lifelong connection with yoga.
While her personal practice began in 2017, there was a period from 2019 to 2022 when life pulled her away from the mat. During that time, she experienced firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional effects of being disconnected from her practice and the feeling of living in a constant state of fight or flight.
When Chelsey returned to yoga in 2023, she quickly realized just how much it had been missing from her life. Soon after, she enrolled in Living Balance Studios' 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, graduating in May 2024.
Since then, Chelsey has generously shared her time leading apprenticeship classes focused on self-love, gratitude for all our bodies do for us, finding our strength, and calming our minds.
When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, you'll find her working in her salon suite, curled up with a good book and her pup Hera, or kayaking on the lake.
We're so grateful to have Chelsey as part of our Living Balance family and can't wait for you to experience her classes.

The best part? We've already transferred everything for you.
All you need to do:

✨Check your email later this morning for final setup instructions and your new waiver
If you already have a Momence account through another studio, Living Balance Studios will automatically appear in your app once our account goes live.

A fresh new booking experience is coming to Living Balance Studios.
Starting June 1, we’ll officially transition from Mindbody to Momence to bring you a more seamless and elevated way to book classes, manage memberships, and stay connected with our studio.
The best part? We’ve already transferred everything for you.

• Reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password” on Momence
• Check your email for final setup instructions and your new waiver
