Now as a mother of 2 beautiful girls, having gone through 2 high risk pregnancies, 2 rounds of preeclampsia and 2 postpartum journeys I know the physical and mental tolls we women must face and persevere through to bring our beautiful children earth side. But I also know the power and strength we have within us. We live in a world that seems to expect women to rebound perfectly as quickly as possible, but let me tell you- good things take time, effort, and believing in yourself! My mission is to empower women to learn to love their bodies through each of their unique fitness journeys. I strive to build your confidence both in and out of the gym so you can take charge of your life and get started on your new healthy lifestyle. My clients know me as a real and raw trainer with a no BS approach to your fitness journey. I have over a decade of personal experience with Endometriosis, PCOS, depression and an eating disorder. So if you feel like you’re alone in the battle against your mind and body. Sis you’re not! I have lived through not being able to lose weight due to my endo and PCOS. I’ve changed my mental and physical health by using the gym as my iron therapy and I hope to help you do the same! My goal is to help you turn YOUR pain into progress. Providing you with all the tools and knowledge that you need to succeed in your own journey. It’s time to stop surviving and start thriving. Whether you’re near or far, young or old, kids or no kids, a beginner or experienced, we are ALL on a beautiful journey and each step of the way should be celebrated.
