What a fun 3 days of camp- that’s a wrap! And those bright purple shirts are so cute!

Our award winners received praise for having good hitting form, improving their serve, being coachable, and showing overall improvement over the last 3 days.

We are incredibly proud of these athletes, as it was a hot 3 days of camp. Thank you for loving volleyball as much as we do.

Today’s award winners demonstrated improvement from yesterday, accepted feedback and made adjustments, hustled, and were great teammates.

Focus on today’s day at camp included review our our skills yesterday, plus more focus on hitting mechanics, transition, some blocking, and a little more game play.

Tomorrow will be even better!

Incoming 8th grade volleyball players- we have some summer training for you hosted by our Rams Volleyball Club coaches. This is free, and held at SEP High School!

This would be for any of our athletes if needed!

Capital Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is offering FREE sports physicals for middle school and high school student-athletes this July.

Every athlete gets:
✔️ Comprehensive physical exam
✔️ Orthopedic musculoskeletal screening
✔️ IHSAA form completed & signed
✔️ No cost. No insurance needed. No referral.

This isn’t your standard check-the-box sports physical. Our orthopedic team provides an additional MSK screening — something most clinics don’t offer. Your child gets the same level of care we provide to Iowa’s professional athletes.
