Legends Mixed Doubles Club Championships were held today. Steve Benson & Jennifer Benson (left) are the Champions, Carol Mayo and Joe Petrone (right) are the Runners-up. Congratulations! Well done! Great job! Excellent playing!

Legends Women’s’ Club Championships. It was a perfect day for bocce. Nineteen participants showed up ready to play. And some great play there was. Many games were close and some went down to the wire. In the end it was Linda Demaree (right), Champion, over Marion Medina (left), Runner-up. Congratulations to both. Well done.

The Bocce Veteran’s Day tournament, honoring all our great veterans, was a huge success! Participating were 48 members, 12 teams in all, decked out in their most patriotic team shirts. The Charity selected this year was Tunnel to Towers and our players donated $936.00! But wait! Then a very generous player, Paul Jepsen, stepped up and matched those donations, bringing the grand total to $1872.00. What a super day for Bocce and for the Veterans.

Twenty players participated in yesterday's Memorial Day bocce tournament honoring the military personnel who died serving our country.
