Lee County football has produced some outstanding quarterbacks — but this one is going to get people talking.

CARTER SMITH — Bishop Verot
The modern-era QB. Big-time arm, mobility, efficiency and the ability to make plays outside the pocket. Smith became the Lee County passing-yardage record holder and was a highly recruited Power Four quarterback. (Gulf Coast News Now)

ANDRE McGILL — Fort Myers
The old-school gunslinger. McGill finished his Fort Myers career with 4,045 passing yards and 58 touchdown passes and was a major college recruit who committed to Oklahoma State. (247Sports)

CLINT MARKS — Estero
The polished pocket passer. Marks was a two-time first-team All-State selection, led Estero to 10–2 records as both a junior and senior, and threw for 2,200 yards, 23 TDs and only 5 INTs as a senior. He owns Estero’s passing records. (MTSU Athletics)
