Some good, and some bad. The key to living a happy and healthy life, is to learn how to cope with these stresses. Have you ever wanted to try something new to get you back to feeling like the person you want to be? Ever just needed a little extra motivation to get you headed in the right direction? Running Friends is here to help motivate people in Southwest Florida that are looking for something new to help change their lives. The best part is, you will also be making new friends at the same time! No matter what your level or experience of running is, come check us out at one of our meet ups...we will guarantee that at the very least, you will get laugh out of it!

Running Friends of SWFL met up with Gateway Run Club tonight for an awesome Altra Demo Night thanks to our friends at Fleet Feet Fort Myers — and you already know it was a BLAST! 🙌

One of the best things about running in Southwest Florida is the COMMUNITY. Different run groups, different paces, different goals…but when we get together, it’s just a whole bunch of people who love to move, laugh, connect and have a good time. ❤️

We’re so grateful for Fleet Feet and all the opportunities they give our running community to try new products, meet new people and make running even more fun.
