⭐️ STAR SKILL: BACK WALKOVER ⭐️

This week, our gymnasts have been working on all the pieces that build a back walkover — from tabletops and bridge kickovers to a full back walkover!

Our Star Skill certificates celebrate progress at every stage and all the hard work that goes into building new skills. 🌟💙

September DEVO Camp 💪🏼✨

So proud of Harper and the way she showed up this weekend. This camp, she approached it with such a positive mindset and refused to let the frustration take over. She kept working, kept believing, and finally had that mental breakthrough she had been waiting for… and SHE GOT IT DONE! 🥹👏🏼

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen when you change your mindset before you change the skill. ❤️

To make the weekend even more special, Harper was chosen by all of the coaches at camp for the Most Improved Overall Award, recognizing her improvement across all events. We couldn’t be more proud!

A huge thank you to all of the coaches who gave their time, knowledge, encouragement, and corrections this weekend. And thank you to USAG for continuing to provide opportunities like these for our athletes to learn, grow, and be challenged. We are so grateful. ❤️

Keep working, keep believing, and keep showing up, Harper. The little breakthroughs are the BIG moments.
