Grab your partner in climb and explore the fun of pole doubles! We’ll work through partner shapes, simple transitions, creative connections, and photo-worthy poses designed for beginner and intermediate polers.
⛓️💥 Prerequisites: Comfortable with pole sits and climbing. Strong leg hang recommended.
🩶 Better with Bestie: Advanced Pole Doubles
Everything is better with your pole bestie! In this advanced workshop, we’ll take doubles skills up a notch with more dynamic shapes, elevated transitions, creative partnering, and challenging photo-worthy combinations.
⛓️💥Prerequisites: Comfortable with shoulder mounts, aerial inverts, and foot holds.

✨️Join NaCole for a 60 minute Intro to Pole class this Saturday 8/1 at 10am.
This class is perfect for those who are curious about starting pole, but not ready to commit to a full beginner series.
In our true into class you'll get a teaser, a feel for the pole, and even try out some beginner transitions including a spin or two.
