Movement Monday: The Clean. β‘
One of the most athletic movements in all of strength training. Triple extension, fast elbows, full-body coordination. There's a reason a heavy clean PR feels different from any other lift β it's explosive, it's technical, and it asks every part of you to fire at once.
Cues: bar close to the body, aggressive hip extension, fast elbows under the bar.
Power, squat, hang, full β there's a clean for every level. Tag a training partner you want to PR with this month π
