🏆💙 Celebrating Our Employees of the Year! 💙🏆

Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize Steve Carmichael and Scott Siems as our Employees of the Year! 🎉

This honor is about so much more than the work they do each day. It’s about the dedication, dependability, kindness, and care they bring to the Y and the people around them. Their commitment helps make the Fremont Family YMCA a place where members feel welcomed, supported, and connected. 💙

Steve and Scott, thank you for everything you do for the Y and our community. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart you give to making the Y a better place every day.

We’re so lucky to have you both on our team. Congratulations, Steve & Scott! 🥳👏 You truly deserve this recognition! 💙

💚 Some people make the Y feel like family, and Grandma Petey is one of them!

A longtime team member, generous supporter, and one of our biggest cheerleaders, you’ll find Grandma Petey involved in everything from camp and aquatics to hockey!

When asked why she gives, her answer was simple: “Because it feels good.”

It’s generous hearts like hers that make programs like First Grade Learn to Swim, scholarships, and countless opportunities for kids and families possible.

Thank you, Grandma Petey, for loving our Y and our community so BIG! 💚

✨ Help us make belonging possible for generations to come!

🚲 A BIG thank you to Pinnacle Bank for helping us build bikes for our Learn to Ride a Bike program! 💙

Thanks to their support, our kindergarteners can build confidence, learn a new skill, and experience the joy of riding on two wheels! We’re so grateful for community partners who help our kids learn, grow, and thrive. 💙🙌
