The fall season is underway, but there’s still time to find the right team! Diversity F.C. has a limited number of roster spots available across our Academy and Select programs.

We’re looking for motivated players in ALL positions who want an environment where development and playing time matter.

At Diversity F.C., our focus goes beyond simply building teams. We develop confident, intelligent and technically strong players through quality coaching, meaningful game minutes and an environment that encourages players to learn, compete, express themselves and grow.

We are looking for passionate, ambitious, and development-driven coaches to join our growing organization.

At Diversity F.C., coaching is about more than organizing practices and managing games. We want coaches who can TEACH the game, connect with players, demand standards, and create an environment where players are challenged to reach their potential.

⭐️Academy Coach Requirements:

⚽ Excellent with young players

⚽ Energetic, patient, positive, and engaging

⚽ Passionate about technical player development

⚽ Able to teach rather than simply run drills

⚽ Organized, dependable, and professional

⚽ Detail-oriented and willing to hold players to standards

⚽ Open to learning and developing within THE DFC methodology

⚽ A strong communicator with players and parents

⚽ Experienced in the game as a player and/or coach (preferred)

⭐️⭐️UPSL Coach Requirements:

⚽️Tactically knowledgeable

⚽ Committed to a technical and attacking style of play

⚽️Organized with strong session and game preparation

⚽️Comfortable managing different personalities within an adult team

⚽️Passionate about individual and collective player development

⚽️Able to establish and maintain high standards

⚽️A strong communicator and leader

⚽️Detail-oriented and accountable

⚽️Willing to learn, collaborate, and grow within the Diversity F.C. philosophy

⚽ Strong playing and/or coaching background preferred

⚽️Fluent in Spanish (VERY beneficial)

FALL UPSL TRYOUTS⚽️⚽️ LAST ROUND!

This fall, Diversity F.C. returns to the UPSL with two teams competing in Division 1 and Division 2, creating a complete environment for ambitious players to compete, develop and push toward the next level.

Over the past two seasons, Diversity F.C. has established itself as a serious competitor, with our Division 1 team coming within reach of promotion to the UPSL Premier Division last spring.

Now, we’re building for the next step.

At the center of Diversity F.C.’s teams and player-development philosophy is Scott Sealy — former professional player, collegiate First Team All-American and ACC Offensive Player of the Year.

Scott has taken the experiences, demands and lessons of the professional game and built them into a development environment designed to produce complete, intelligent and confident footballers.

The result is a clear Diversity identity:

TECHNICAL. EXPRESSIVE. EXPLOSIVE.

We want players who can dominate the ball, solve problems under pressure and have the freedom and confidence to express themselves.
