As an instructor, it’s not always easy to know whether your teaching methods are producing the best possible results.

If you’ve ever asked yourself if your methods can be improved on, this course is for you.

After decades of teaching, coaching, and training both students and instructors around the world, I’ve identified the most common mistakes that happen- not on the student’s side, but on the instructor’s side. Small details in methodology can make the difference between average progress and exceptional development.

In this course I will also be sharing with you valuable insight on how to build a strong community inside your gym as well and how to create the right culture for your students to thrive. We will also be addressing how to prevent any sexual harassment inside your gym and how to keep it a safe environment for all.

Whether you’re looking to improve your instruction, refresh your knowledge, or take your academy to the next level, this course will give you a clear framework you can apply immediately.

Great students don’t happen by accident. They are built by great instructors in strong team.
