Put your hands on rings and suddenly a familiar exercise becomes a whole new challenge.

Ring push-ups demand strength, balance, stability and control—all at the same time. Every rep requires her body to work together rather than simply moving from point A to point B.

That’s what we love about personal training: taking a familiar movement and making it challenging in a completely different way.

Strong isn’t always about lifting heavier.
Sometimes it’s about controlling the movement better.

This assisted pull-up lets her train the same movement pattern, build upper-body strength, improve control, and work toward doing more of the movement on her own. And having Kelvin there to assist means she can challenge herself safely while still maintaining good form.
