At Hill's Gymnastics participants learn more than just gymnastics skills. Gymnastics helps children to build strong bodies, improve coordination, increase flexibility, develop agility and encourage physical fitness. Gymnastics can also build confidence, self control and discipline, perceptual motor skills and even improve mental processes. The physical activities in our classes promote skills that are useful to every sport and everyday life.

Our four athletes just wrapped up an amazing High Performance experience! They worked hard, showed up strong, and represented themselves, their families, and Hill’s Gymnastics so well. We’re so proud of you!

A huge thank you to First State for opening their facility, the college coaches who came out to work with the athletes, the Region 7 judges who volunteered their time, and the Region 7 Board for dedicating their entire weekend to making this experience possible. We truly appreciate everyone who pours into these athletes and our sport!
