We changed our minds about being closed for Labor Day!

Ever wonder what we actually mean when we say “engage your core”?

Or if you’re doing footwork right? Why do we do footwork? Where you’re supposed to feel it?

Essential Reformer Workshop — a pop-up deep dive into the movements you already do in class, broken all the way down.

We’ll slow things down and get into the details we don’t always have time to stop and explain during class — reformer setup, alignment, breath, muscle engagement, transitions, and the essential movements you’ll see again and again.

You’ll learn not just what you’re doing, but where you should feel it, why we cue it the way we do, and how to move with more intention.

Perfect if you’re new to the reformer, still finding your footing, or you’ve taken plenty of classes but want to better understand the why behind the work.

Because Pilates isn’t just about moving through the exercises — it’s about learning how to move well.
