Pull-up and Pullover Clinic THIS Saturday!

Join us on Saturday, June 13, from 12:30-1:30pm for a clinic designed just for pullovers! Coaches will lead athletes through multiple stations that will guide gymnasts through the strength and technique needed to achieve their first pullover.

Camp is in full swing! We have had so much fun these last four days with our first week of day campers! Come join the fun next week, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 2pm!
