Fun post for a fun event and a serious cause. Please join us in honoring and celebrating the life of Jason Pennington at the Second Annual Memorial Clay Shoot.

Jason's love of lacrosse, passion for the game, and ability to build lasting friendships left an impact that continues to live on throughout our team and community. This event is an opportunity for all of us to come together, share in that spirit, and make sure Jason's memory continues to bring people together.

We can't make this happen without your help. Whether you can volunteer, participate, contribute an auction item, sponsor the event, or help spread the word, every bit of support matters.

Please sign up below and let us know how you can be part of the day:

- Volunteer to help with setup, registration, activities, or cleanup
- Register to participate in the Memorial Clay Shoot
- Donate an auction item or sponsorship
- Invite a friend, teammate, family member, or business to get involved

Take a moment to sign up today. Together, we can make this year's Memorial Clay Shoot a meaningful celebration of Jason, the friendships he built, and the love of lacrosse that meant so much to him.

Let's come together as a community to honor Jason and keep his spirit and legacy alive.

Attention Austin lacrosse community - let’s show up for one of our own. 🥍

In October 2024, Georgetown Lacrosse lost Jason Pennington at just 16 years old in a tragic car accident. He was our teammate, our friend, and part of our lacrosse family. His loss is still deeply felt, and together, we can keep his memory alive.

Join us Sunday, October 25, for the Second Annual Jason Pennington Memorial Clay Shoot - a day to celebrate Jason’s life, stand beside his loved ones, and help more young athletes discover the sport he loved.

His family, friends, teammates, and classmates will be there. We hope you will, too. Whether you knew Jason personally or simply share a love of lacrosse, you’re part of the community that can carry his legacy forward.

All proceeds support Georgetown Lacrosse and opportunities for more kids to play.

Bring a friend. Share this post. Join us in honoring Jason. ♥
