In Keelstone, each organization sees the information that becomes observable to it.

Teams do not have unrestricted access to other organizations’ deliberations or hidden market information. They must decide with a partial view, consider what remains uncertain, and respond as more becomes visible.

That is one reason the experience rewards careful framing and a willingness to revisit assumptions. A team’s next choice depends on both its own earlier decisions and the choices of others.

Keelstone includes a private opportunity to examine how you lead under pressure.

Before the event, participants complete the Hogan assessment suite. During the experience, observers record behavior such as how teams frame problems, handle dissent, use advice, and adapt.

In a private debrief afterward, each participant meets with Ryan Walter to consider the assessment insights alongside what happened at the table.

Individual Hogan results stay separate from gameplay, team formation, and market rulings. The private debrief belongs to the participant and is not recorded.

Participants complete the Hogan assessment suite and receive program preparation, including pre-reads connecting the leadership content with the fictional healthcare market.

Preparation gives teams a stronger starting point for the decisions ahead. It also creates context for the private individual debrief after the event.

On Day 3 of Keelstone, a convergence event meets the position your team has built.

Your response is shaped by the decisions already made, the consequences now visible, and the options still available. Each organization enters the moment with a different set of strengths and constraints.

The experience then turns to a disciplined after-action review: what was decided, how the decision was reached, and what the team needs to understand about its own behavior.

Keelstone uses a fictional healthcare market so leaders can work through consequential decisions without bringing real confidential information into the exercise.

Participants do not use patient information, proprietary operations data, real pricing or wage information, payer terms, or current negotiation positions.

The organizations and market are fictional. The work still asks leaders to deal with limited resources, competing interests, uncertainty, and consequences.

Admission and team formation consider confidentiality and competition concerns, and facilitators can interrupt discussions that drift into prohibited real-market topics.
