There are moments in this journey that make me stop and realize just how special this community truly is. ❤️

To our 2026 CrossFit Fury sponsors — THANK YOU.

Your support is so much more than a logo on a shirt, a wall, or an event. When a local business chooses to put its name alongside ours, you are showing support for our members, our mission, and what we are working to build here at Fury. That means more to me than I can put into words.

On a personal level, I am incredibly grateful for the confidence you have placed in me and in our ownership team to be part of something so special. Being trusted to help guide people toward stronger, healthier lives is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

Fury has always been about more than workouts. It’s about people. It’s about relationships. It’s about showing up for one another and creating a healthier, stronger community together.

To each of these local businesses: thank you for believing in our members, believing in Fury, and choosing to stand behind what we do. Your support truly makes a difference. ❤️🖤

We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Fury family.

Stronger together. 💪

🏋️‍♂️ CROSSFIT FURY HEALTHSPAN INITIATIVE: BENCHMARK #2 IS HERE! 💣

This week in class, we are running Benchmark #2 of the Fury Healthspan Initiative: The Single-Leg Balance Test!

Why Single-Leg Balance Matters for Your Healthspan:

The Ultimate Biological Age Indicator—Clinical research shows that single-leg balance—especially on your non-dominant leg—declines more rapidly than grip strength or gait speed, making it the single strongest physical marker of aging.

The Longevity Connection: A landmark study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine revealed that adults unable to hold a 10-second single-leg stance had an 84% higher risk of all-cause mortality over a 7-year follow-up.
—

⏱️ What to Expect in Class This Week:
Your coaches will take you through the Stork Pose benchmark on both legs:
1. Eyes Open Target:Aiming for a solid 30-second hold per side.
2. Eyes Closed Challenge: Removing visual cues to test pure neuromuscular stability and proprioception.

Watch the video before your next class, lock in your visual focus anchor, and let’s see where your stability stands!

🇺🇸 Today, we remember.

25 years ago, on September 11, 2001, hate and violence came to our nation, with New York City, the Pentagon, and Shanksville forever marked by tragedy.

But in the days that followed, we also witnessed something powerful: a nation united.

American flags flew proudly. Differences were put aside. Political parties didn’t matter. Neighbors helped neighbors, and strangers supported strangers.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the incredible bravery and sacrifice shown that day and in the days that followed.

May we never forget the lives lost.
May we never forget the heroes.
And may we never forget what it looked like when we stood together as Americans. 🇺🇸

Never Forget. 9.11.01
