Like many people, Joe Pavon thought about joining the gym for a while but felt like he didn’t really need to. Then one day, he walked through the doors of AMRAP Method and he was hooked.

Joe made the decision to carve out one hour of his day to focus on himself. After all, you get 24 hours in a day what's one hour dedicated to your health and fitness?

That one hour has paid off. Joe has built strength, added muscle, improved his gymnastics skills, and continues to get better every week with guidance from our coaching staff.

Starting something new can be intimidating. New faces, a new environment, and uncertainty about where you'll fit in can make anyone nervous. But Joe trusted the process, showed up consistently, and the

results speak for themselves.
If you've been thinking about getting started, let Joe's story be a reminder: one hour can change a lot. Sometimes all it takes is walking through the door.

Keep crushing it, .pavon 💪

🔥 Double the commitment. Double the results. 🔥
Dustin and Kaitlyn made the decision to invest in themselves together, and the transformation speaks for itself. Through consistency, hard work, and showing up for each other every day, they’ve achieved incredible results both inside and outside the gym.
We’re proud to be part of their journey and can’t wait to see what’s next. 💪❤️

It's easy to look for the one thing that will change everything.

The perfect supplement.
The newest wellness trend.
The quick fix.

But more often than not, the biggest improvements come from the habits we repeat every day.

Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables?
Getting enough protein?
Drinking enough water?
Sleeping enough?
Moving your body regularly?

The basics aren't flashy. They're not always exciting.

But they're effective.

This month's 800g Challenge isn't about perfection. It's about building a foundation your body can rely on—one meal, one snack, and one choice at a time.

Three weeks left in June. Start where you are.

🍎🥦 What's one basic you can improve this week?

🥦 JUNE CHALLENGE: 6 CUPS A DAY 🫐

This month, we're taking on the 6 Cups a Day Challenge!

The goal is simple: work toward eating approximately 6 cups of fruits and vegetables each day.

No calorie counting.
No food tracking apps required.
Just a simple habit that can support energy, recovery, performance, digestion, and overall health.

Start where you are. If 6 cups feels overwhelming, focus on adding one extra serving each day this week. Small improvements add up.

Fresh, frozen, and canned fruits and vegetables all count.

Remember: Progress > Perfection.
