Have a good weekend! And remember you wouldn’t shame a Bulldog for not looking like a Chihuahua or shame a Mastiff for not looking like a Beagle. Stop doing this to yourself. Comparison is the thief of joy! Body diversity exists!

Life is so short; live your best life NOW! Don’t save your living and joyful experiences for “one day” when you hope to eventually feel like you’ll be “more worthy.” Today is all we have and all we are promised. BODIES CHANGE and that’s OKAY! You deserve goodness now and every day, not just at your perceived “best.”

The “Tiffany Plate” has been going viral the last few months, but I’ve been eating crap like that for years prior, throwing healthy/colorful stuff together and calling it “Random/Weird S**t Emily Will Eat For Lunch.” 😎

My throw together this week: Cottage cheese, Pickled Radish, Cucumbers, Pickled Red Onion, Pickle Mustard, Black Pepper, Everything Bagel Seasoning. Watermelon on the side. What this really could use is some soft/hard boiled eggs cut open on it too!! 😍

But I’m curious, have you heard of or tried the actually “Tiffany Plate!?” I love these ideas because Lunch doesn’t have to be a typical “lunch” or even stuff that really “goes together.” You can easily throw together random stuff for a large healthy adult snack plate that doesn’t require a lot of thought or time!
