It amazes me how in sync we are to nature🌳. I have personally experienced mood changes, energy shifts, and even improvements in my overall mental and physical well being outside in the sun☀️, relaxing next to a body of water 🌊, being in the greenhouse and garden🪴, grounding and putting my feet on Mother Earth🌍 ; it is soooo healing..
