One of the worst things you can do in fighting is remain stagnant after throwing a combo. Leave. Bad guys hit back, so dont be there. The TRIPOD drill can help fix this. Set up 3 cones as a triangle. Imagine the first 2 cones are the fists, and the rear cone is the opponent's head. Enter into the danger zone, do your damage, then exit out and circle. The tripod adjusts to you. Give it a try.

For the next few weeks, dont use the Guilford College/Wendy CT entrance for the gym. Use either the railroad crossing on Market, or the Meadowood red light entry. They are doing construction on the parking lot. Its annoying, but this is the price of growth.
