Don’t we all deserve a little tending too? Well, yesterday thats exactly what these lovely ladies received 🥰

So much heart and intention was poured into this offering with C.Q. Skin & Wellness and getting to see the love that was felt afterward was really special

Robyn and Katie those gifted hands and the knowledge and passion behind them is everything. Thank you for pouring so much of yourselves into this ✨

When you hear someone say you never know where or when a ‘glimmer’ moment may appear….

✨ Please believe it ✨

I had the honor of traveling over to the Armed forces retirement home today to share some sound 🎶

Walking those halls and seeing the memorabilia really had me in my heart... I can only imagine where these service members have been and what they’ve experienced. And today I got to be in their company and share a little piece of my heart in the way I know how 🥹

Then, the sweetest soul gifted me this Merkaba. She shared pieces of her story and how shes been helping her friends and others transition at the end of life. I was completely in awe. Shook in the best way.

So grateful God put me in that room today 🙏🤍

✨It’s about breaking free from the mental shackles that hold us back.

✨ It’s about letting go of the limiting beliefs, fears, and self doubts that keep our purpose hidden.

When we can release these mental burdens, our purpose can unfold naturally, like a flower blooming in the sunlight. It’s not about force or struggle, but about creating space for our true essence to shine.

So instead of focusing on working hard let’s focus on working smart.

Let’s invest our energy in clearing away the mental clutter and nurturing our inner growth. When we do, our purpose will reveal itself effortlessly and beautifully 💖

There are a lot of ways to spend a Friday night. I’m really grateful for everyone who chose to step away from the friday night festivities and spend a little time settling into the peace that this experience carries 🤍

And to the Kroc Center and their amazing team…thank you for making room for evenings like this. It means so much to be part of what you bring to our community 🙏

We share these evenings at the Kroc quarterly and I’m already looking forward to the next one. I would love to see you there 🤩

I shared this poem at this weeks Tuesday sound immersion and as many times as I’ve shared over the years it STILL gets me emotional

That last line just brings it home. It feels so tenderfully beautiful ✨

The comfort of knowing we dont have to be anything other than who/what/where we are and we still have a place here. A welcoming. A home 💝
