Life + Identity Coach
I help people who know they’re meant for more but feel stuck understand what’s actually happening, so momentum builds and they start living a life that belongs to them.

From episode #104 where you’ve attached your power

Some people aren’t afraid of mistakes.

They’re afraid of what they make mistakes mean.

I coach a lot of people who are absolutely petrified of getting it wrong.

Not because the mistake itself is dangerous.

Because somewhere along the way they learned that mistakes meant something about them.

Maybe they were praised for being smart.

For having it together.

For performing.

For getting good grades.

For being the responsible one.

And slowly an identity was formed:

“If I do it right, I’m worthy.”

“If I make a mistake, something must be wrong with me.”

How does this show up in us as adults?

Procrastinating because it has to be perfect.
Because when a mistake happens, it doesn’t feel like a simple mistake.

It feels like a threat.

A threat to their worth.
A threat to their identity.
A threat to who they believe they are.

But what if none of that is true?

What if mistakes don’t mean there is something wrong with you?

What if mistakes are simply evidence that you’re participating in your life?

Trying.

Learning.

Growing.

Expanding.

I’ve never met someone creating a big life who wasn’t making mistakes.

The goal isn’t to stop making them.

The goal is to stop making them mean you’re unworthy.

Because one mistake doesn’t change your value.

And neither do a hundred.

This is from Episode 104. Where you’ve attached your power.
Just dropped today 🎙️

Confidence Camp starts tomorrow and there is one spot left. Dm me for details or to claim the spot for your daughter.

Someone commented that confidence is a parent’s job to teach.

And honestly?

I agree.

But there’s more than one truth here.

It is our job to raise confident kids.

And it is also okay to ask for help.

In fact, I think it’s one of the bravest things a parent can do.

I hold the parents who raise their hand and say, “I need help here,” in the highest regard.

Because I was one of them.

I’ve invested thousands of dollars in coaching, personal growth, healing, and support so I could become the woman I wanted my daughter to learn from.

Because I knew I had blind spots.

I knew there were patterns, beliefs, and generational cycles I couldn’t see while I was living inside them.

Our children don’t inherit what we say.

They inherit what we embody.

How we talk about ourselves. How we handle disappointment. How we think about our bodies. Money. Relationships. Possibility. Confidence. Mistakes. Our whole life.

They’re watching all of it.

That realization scared me enough to do something about it.

So I raised my hand.

And I will continue to raise my hand.

If my daughter loves volleyball, I hire coaches.

If there’s a skill, mindset, or area where I know someone can help her better, I will invest there too.

Because breaking generational cycles was never meant to be a solo sport.

It takes a village.

And if you’re a parent willing to say, “I need help here,” I don’t see weakness.

I see humility.

I see courage.

I see someone willing to do whatever it takes to create a different future for their child.

Episode 104 is more then just about confidence camp.

It’s about what we don’t realizing we attach our power to.

One of the biggest misconceptions about coaching is that I spend my days talking about motivation.

I don’t.

I help people understand why they keep ending up in the same place despite wanting something different.

Last week I coached on food, marriage, business, confidence, communication, boundaries, overwhelm, and self trust.

Different topics.

Same root.

When you learn how to identify those patterns and change them, everything starts to move.

That’s why I can help someone with food at 10am, business at noon, and a relationship conversation at 3pm.

Different patterns same process.

5 pathways to get you unstuck from anything.

If you are sick and tired it’s time to chat.

I keep thinking about how different so many of our lives would have been if we learned this younger.

Between 11–14, girls are slowly deciding who they believe they are.

And during these years: comparison gets louder, self judgment grows, and the voice in their head becomes more powerful.

That’s why I created I Choose Me Confidence Camp.

To teach girls: how their mind works, how to understand their emotions, how to stop being so hard on themselves, how to handle pressure and anxiety, and how to trust themselves before the world teaches them not to.

It’s about helping girls stay connected to who they are while the world is trying to tell them who to be. ❤️

Doors close May 31.

Here is why people stay stuck for years.

05/11/2026

Confidence Camp for Girls starts June 4 and will run Thursday nights. All the deets ⬇️

Inside this camp, your daughter will learn WHY confidence can feel hard.

We talk about the inner bully and inner critic, and help these girls understand what’s actually happening in their minds instead of believing every thought they think.

We help them understand emotions, how to process emotions especially overwhelm and anxiousness, and how the body and mind are communicating at all times.

We teach radical self acceptance.
How to meet themselves where they are with compassion.
How to stop attacking themselves.
How to love who they are instead of constantly trying to be someone else.

We’ll also talk about:
Comparison
Social pressure
Phones and outside influences
People pleasing
Wanting to fit in
What bravery actually looks like in real life

Not just “be confident.”
But HOW.

How to raise your hand when you want to.
How to speak up.
How to take action even when you feel uncomfortable.
How to come back to yourself when you abandon yourself.

These girls are bonding deeply over the conversations happening inside the current container, and it’s honestly been so powerful to witness.

The last round had 4 girls.
I would LOVE to have 8 this round.

They’ll also receive a certificate of completion at the end. ❤️

If you have questions, message me anytime.
Drop “camp” in comments or my DMs mom and dad and I’ll send you the link for all the info and to get her signed up 🎉

And this is only going to grow more and more 🙌🏻👏🏻🙌🏻
