Yoga on chiar offers all the benefits of traditional yoga with the Support of a chair. It is gentle, accessible, and perfect for all levels and abilities. Build strength, balance, and flexibility one mindful breath at a time.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and calm the nervous system without rushing or strain.
This class is limited to just 12 participants to keep the experience supportive and personal, so I recommend sign up in advance to save your spot.
Yoga sociale also offers seniors discounts, 🌼($10 for Seniors 65+ )🌼in person only and cannot be applied to online purchases. A valid ID is required at check-in.

About Laura
Laura Moir (E-RYT 200 | YACEP) offers accessible, heart-centered classes designed to build strength, resilience, and a deep connection to your body. Specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices, Laura brings over five years of teaching experience and sundry advanced trainings with renowned teachers, including Judith Lasater, Jason Crandell, and Jivana Herman. Her teaching seamlessly integrates alignment, somatics, and trauma-informed care, creating practices that are both grounding and transformative.
Laura’s classes are known for their unique blend of strength and softness, offering space for authentic connection and deep self-inquiry. Grounded in her own healing journey, Laura holds space with empathy, presence, and deep respect for every student’s individual path. Her students consistently describe her classes as powerful, inclusive, fun, and deeply nourishing.
