Flow State: Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga

Join us for a special 60-minute restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and recharge.

Flow State combines gentle, all-levels restorative yoga, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing to create a deeply relaxing experience for both the body and mind. Move through calming restorative poses before settling in for a soothing sound bath designed to help you unwind and leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Whether you’re new to yoga and sound healing or already have an established practice, all levels are welcome.

As a special introduction to the Peak Fit Wellness Studio, your registration also includes one complimentary Peak Fit Wellness session to use at a later date.
