Sneak Peek at our Week! 👀

Half way through the first month of summer and we’re ready for some fun classes but still never ready for the A Hui Hous. 🤍

⭐️ Tuesday’s class is all about strength with heavy weights! Bring your next level up or two to help build that muscle with Coach Katy!

⭐️ Thursday is a S.L.A.M. Run Repeat class! If you haven’t been to one, they are so fun…AND sweaty!! Wear your favorite running shoes but don’t stress, walking and modifying is always encouraged if you haven’t started your running journey yet.

⭐️ Friday, we say A Hui Hou to another OG member in the group. Celeste has brought so much love, determination, and friendship to our group so we’re sending her off the only way we know how…with love, and sweat 🤍

⭐️ Friday will also have a kids playgroup craft for Father’s Day after class!

This week we have lots of fun planned for our kiddos and we’re capping it off with a Mom’s Night Out where the mamas get to act like kids at the water park! 💦

Some Notes for this week:

📍 Splashpad meetup on Monday after class. 💦

📍 Thursday is our kid’s class!! No weights, just mats, extra water, and that kid energy we all wish we had more of! 🏃‍♀️

📍 Also, Thursday after class we’ll do a book exchange amongst the kiddos and mamas! Mamas, bring your book wrapped with a few words to describe it because we’re doing our exchange “Blind Date with a Book” style 🙌🏼

📍 Saturday is Mom’s Night Out! The gates and event open at 7pm!

Glimmers ✨

Glimmers are small, everyday moments of joy, peace, or gratitude that cue your nervous system to feel safe and happy. How lucky are we that we get to have those moments throughout our day next to other mamas in various phases of motherhood? 🙌🏼

We see you mama. We see the sleepless nights, the tantrums in the grocery store, the messy minivan, and we support you through it all 🫶🏻

Let’s keep pursuing those glimmers so that we may remember them when tomorrow is hard. 🤍
