Today we got to celebrate 3 amazing mamas who’ve showed up for 100+ classes! Of course we celebrated the only way we know how… with burpees, smiles, and sweat 😅

Each of these mamas stories is different, but each of them have overcome their life’s battles and put in the work to show up for their SLAM sisters, themselves, their kiddos. You all set such wonderful examples of strength and we’re honored to have you as part of the Sweat Club!! 💕
