Monthly Fat Loss Update 💪

I’ve been catching the flu a few times this month, so I haven’t had much time to work out. I still stayed in a calorie deficit and focused on my diet.

I checked my weight today and lost another 7 pounds this month, bringing my total weight loss to 92 pounds!

I’m planning to get back to the gym on Monday. I still have time before the end of the year, so I’m going to keep working on my body transformation and lose as much weight as I can before the year ends.

My goal is to lose another 20 pounds , I’ll keep you all updated on my progress!

P.S. 🐱 I have one kitten left for adoption. If you live in Honolulu and are interested, DM me!

If you can swim the distance, but you picture getting kicked, splashed and losing your rhythm at the start, and the swim cutoff freaks you out, this LIVE is for you.

Stephanie, an experienced runner from Virginia in her late 50s, told us, “Swimming was always my problem.”

In her first sprint triathlon, she spent about half of the first leg on her back. Her last triathlon was about 30 years ago.

When she started with us, her legs sank, she had little glide, and she couldn’t feel the water. She swam with her husband beside her on a paddleboard.

This September, she swam her first 70.3 in 45 minutes and 42 seconds. Her words: “It was the best swim experience I’ve had, bar none.”

We call that crowded, chaotic stretch at the start the first 500 yards. For a lot of athletes, it’s the hardest part of the whole swim.

Tonight at 4:00pm PST, I’m going LIVE with Stephanie and Coach Vineta to break down how she did it.

Tonight you will learn:
➡ Why the first 500 yards is a stress test, not a fitness test
➡ Why you can’t fix what you can’t see, and how isolating one movement at a time builds a stroke that holds together
➡ How to rehearse the chaos and build a what-if plan, so the start does not decide your race
➡ How to build your Cutoff Cushion, so a kick or a lost rhythm costs you seconds, not your race

This training is free.

📅 Tonight, Tuesday, October 21st at 4 PM PST / 6 PM CST / 7 PM EST

X 7 LAPS BEFORE SUNSET! 🌅🔥.
This evening’s canoe practice was cancelled, so I swung by Koko Crater Railway Trailhead and decided to get a couple of rounds in — figured that’s what hybrid athletes do! 😄 )))

A couple of rounds turned into SEVEN LAPS before sunset. 💥

Who knew a cancelled practice could turn into such a good workout?! 😆

Pretty good! )))
