This is a project we've been working on for a few weeks.
Zipp 900 disc wheel with 182 hub.
The wheel comes with track thread but the conversion axle is known as the holy grail of track axles.
With that I reached out to Ross Shepard in Canada and here in Houston to make some custom axles to get this disc rolling on fixed gear finally.
After drawing up the blueprint the axle was cut on cnc and fits like a glove.
Painted the brake surface with 2k black paint.
