Molly’s making moves! She recently made the decision to change her career and took a leap out into the great unknown, and decided that now would also be the perfect time to upgrade her bike game. She’s been riding for years on a bike that her brother in law gave her, which was a totally awesome thing for him to do, but unfortunately he’s like 6’5” and his old bike was a wee bit too large (if he’d have been gracious enough to put in two more inches we could have worked a sweet 67 joke in there, but alas!) Anyway, Molly managed to parlay a moment of uncertainty into a , and we couldn’t be more stoked for her.

Have you guys had a chance to stop in and meet Susie yet? After Lindsay left to go back into high-end food service, we had a hole in our front of the house team, but Susie has stepped right in and hit the ground running. She’s a mom, she’s a gardener, and she’s a dog lover, but she still finds the time to get out and ride her bike all over Houston, and she’ll be happy to help you find your own next bicycle. Don’t let the rain hold you up this week, stop in and see us and tell Susie that she’s internet-famous now!

More MS150 photos, what a fun weekend!

Every single year, we’re humbled by our own bike team who goes out and absolutely slays the MS150. Our riders and our volunteers all put in the work to make sure that we raise as much money as possible to combat multiple sclerosis, and we couldn’t be more proud of them! We’ll be posting up some random ride photos over the next few days, so stay tuned and keep an eye out for your favorite cyclist!

Check out Adriana and her hot new Liv Avail! Adriana has been a runner for a long time, but completing the MS150 has been a bucket list item and she’s decided that 2026 is going to be her year. The only problem with that plan was that she didn’t actually have a bike, so she came in and we solved that issue lickety-split. If you see her out on the ride, be sure to tell her hi and complement that beautiful paint job. Adriana, and we hope that you have an amazing experience on your way to LaGrange/BCS!

Karla, AKA The Purple Lady, has been shopping with us for years. She has an old Electra Townie that started off purple, and then slowly became purpler as she added bits of lavender and grape colored accessories, which matches her helmet and the bulk of her wardrobe. She’s also one of the Heights favorite dog walkers, and if you’ve spent any time riding around these parts it’s likely that you’ve seen her on her way to perambulate with a pooch or two. Anyway, she talked her husband into buying a bike from us, but the bike he bought was too fast for her Townie, so she pulled the trigger on a brand new Liv Flourish, and that white paint is like a blank canvas that will surely be the backdrop to a whole slough of purple bits before long.
