Calling all Members! Are you, or do you have, a teenager looking to earn some extra cash, gain leadership skills, and stay involved in the game you love?
We are looking for motivated, reliable teens (high school students) to become Youth Soccer Referees. Whether you are an experienced player looking to see the game from a new perspective or someone wanting to give back to the community, we want you on our team.
Why Referee With Us?
Great Pay: Although ODC is a volunteer organization, the referees are paid.
Flexible Schedule: Matches are held on Friday evenings and Saturdays, making it easy to balance with your schoolwork and extracurricular activities. You choose games that fit your schedule.
Build Your Resume: Developing leadership, communication, and decisive problem-solving skills looks fantastic on college and job applications.
Everything Provided: No prior referee experience is necessary. We provide all the materials and train/supervise you while you are learning.
What We Are Looking For:
1. High school students ages 13+ with a basic understanding of soccer.
2. Reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
3. A commitment to maintaining fair play and a fun environment for our young athletes.
