Just reminding everyone that we can now sell suppressors with only the 4473 form. There is no more waiting period for an approval. Its just like buying a handgun. Indiana resident and 21 yrs of age. 📢 **IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM THE ANGLER!**

Big changes to the suppressor transfer process are now in effect!

Effective October 9, 2026, new federal ATF guidance allows licensed dealers to process suppressor transfers much like traditional fi***rm transfers.

✅ Complete ATF Form 4473
✅ Undergo the required NICS (FBI) background check
✅ Meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements

Under the new federal guidance, prior NFA transfer approval and tax stamps are no longer being enforced for covered suppressors.
