But the number on the scale is probably the least interesting part of this picture.
What you don’t see are all the boring days that came before it.
The workouts when motivation wasn’t there. The meals that weren’t exciting. The weekends where it would’ve been easier to say screw it. The weeks where the scale barely moved and there was no proof yet that any of it was working.
That’s the part of transformation nobody celebrates.
There’s always this weird stretch where the old version of you is disappearing, but the new version hasn’t fully shown up yet.
And from the outside, that level of consistency can look a little crazy.
Until it works.
Then suddenly the things people thought were obsessive become the exact things they point to when they ask how you did it.
Getting results that aren’t normal usually requires being willing to do what’s not normal for longer than most people are willing to do it.
Proud of this dude.
