A packed house Friday night for our Teen & Adult Grappling Seminar! Taught by special guests Mike Ahn and Mike Purcell who flew down to proctor our Black Belt Testing this past weekend! 👊

Students spent the evening learning takedowns, control positions, escapes, and practical self-defense concepts while building confidence and sharpening their skills.
