๐Ÿ“ฃ WEโ€™RE HIRING: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Arsenal Combat Sports Club is looking for someone to strengthen our member experience and grow our presence in the community.

This person will plan and run member events, family activities, seminars, fundraisers, and community initiatives; coordinate tournament registrations and event logistics; build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations; and support event promotion and member engagement.

Position Details: Partโ€“time, 15-25 hours per week, with flexible schedule and room for growth. Evening and weekend availability is needed when events require it. The role reports to our CEO.

We are looking for a strong organizer and communicator who can manage projects independently, build relationships, and follow through on details. Experience with events, outreach, partnerships, marketing, or social media is a plus. A background in fitness, youth programs, or martial arts is welcome.
