One of the questions I get asked most is:

The exercise is never the goal.
The adaptation is.
Too many athletes (and parents) judge training by what an exercise looks like instead of asking what it's actually developing.
At GRIT, every exercise has a purpose. We're not randomly selecting drills because they're trendy or difficult. Every movement is chosen to improve a specific athletic quality
—whether that's force production, deceleration, elasticity, rotational power, stability, coordination, or the ability to transfer force efficiently during sport.
The exercise is simply the vehicle.
The adaptation is the destination.
