DTA FIT DTA Fit is a great fitness program at Dance Tech Academy in Idaho Falls. No membership required. POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT! BARRE! HIGH Fitness! AERIAL Yoga!

The evolution of modern exercise through the fusion of movement and making music! Barre Above is an upbeat, low impact workout. It is a combination of the ballet barre exercises, Yoga, Pilates and strength. HIGH Fitness is an emerging leader in group fitness. HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. These classes are specifically designed to help increase strength and flexibility, body awareness, joint mobility, and to also decompress the spine. Aerial or Anti-Gravity is one of the newest forms of yoga and fitness and due the expense of the equipment and set up, it is not offered at very many places.
